Some facts about me —
Hi lovely human, I'm Pamela.
I have often been told that I am the kind of person people feel comfortable around. That I bring a warm and calm energy into the room, the kind that makes it easy for others to relax, open up and just be themselves. I love connecting with people, listening and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels seen and included.
Creativity comes naturally to me. I am full of ideas, I enjoy exploring possibilities and I am motivated by making things better step by step.

And if there is one thing that defines me, it is my mindset. I stay positive, solution oriented and focused even when life gets challenging. That way of thinking has carried me through difficult moments and shaped how I approach both work and life.
From public service to people centered work
I spent over ten years as a case officer at the Swedish Enforcement Authority, a role that taught me how to listen between the lines, understand people in difficult situations and make decisions that truly mattered in their lives. Those years shaped the way I think and strengthened my interest in clarity, communication and human needs.
The project that sparked everything
My first real contact with design came when I joined a digitalisation project at the agency. I took part in transforming paper applications into digital ones and worked closely with a cross functional team. It was the first time I experienced creative problem solving in a project environment, and something clicked. I realised how much I enjoyed working with ideas, structure and people at the same time.
Finding UX and UI
After that project I spent time understanding my strengths and what truly motivates me. I explored personality tests, reflected on what energised me and searched for a field where my curiosity for people and my love for clarity could meet. That journey led me to UX and UI design, and it felt like everything finally aligned.
What I can contribute beyond skills and tools
Beyond design skills I bring presence, stability and a warm energy that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. I am a team player who listens, supports and helps create clarity so ideas can move forward.
I take initiative, stay positive and solution focused and I naturally create a safe environment for the people I work with. I care about impact and I aim to create solutions that are meaningful and grounded in real user needs.
I work with empathy, structure and momentum, and I communicate clearly with both teams and stakeholders. For me, design is an opportunity to create something valuable together.
